Data Deletion Instructions

Bluebird Digital Agency provides marketing services to business clients in the United States. We do not maintain accounts for end users or consumers on bluebirddigitalagency.com. This page describes how Bluebird handles data deletion requests.

If You Are a Client of Bluebird Digital Agency

If you are a current or former client of Bluebird Digital Agency and you would like to delete your business information, Meta Platform Data accessed via our partner permissions, or any other data we hold about your engagement, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion

Request" and include your business name. We will:

- Confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days

- Complete the deletion within 30 days of your initial request

- Notify you in writing when the deletion is complete

We may retain certain information for legal, tax, or operational purposes (such as final invoicing or compliance records). Where this is the case, we will inform you of what is retained and why, and delete the remainder.

If You Are a Consumer Who Interacted With One of Our Clients' Campaigns

If you submitted a form, contacted a business, or otherwise interacted with an advertisement managed by Bluebird Digital Agency on behalf of one of our clients, your information is held by that client business, not by Bluebird Digital Agency. Please contact the relevant business directly to request data deletion. Bluebird Digital Agency forwards lead data to client systems and does not retain consumer information beyond the time required to deliver it.

If You Are a Meta Platform User and Wish to Revoke Bluebird's Partner Access

You may revoke Bluebird Digital Agency's partner access to your Meta Business Manager assets at any time without contacting us. To do so:

1. Go to business.facebook.com

2. Open Business Settings

3. Navigate to "Partners" in the left sidebar

4. Find Bluebird Digital Agency in the list of partners

5. Click "Remove"

Revocation is immediate. After revocation, Bluebird Digital Agency retains any data we previously synced from your Meta Business Manager only as long as required for legitimate business purposes (such as final invoicing or compliance with our service agreement). To accelerate deletion of previously synced data, please follow the email process described above.

Verification

To protect your information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we process a deletion request. Verification may include confirming your email address, your business name, or other identifying information on file.
